Founder, Chief Strategist
Lisa is an award winning medical writer, instructional designer, facilitator, and Past President of the largest chapter of the American Medical Writers Association. As a publishing executive on several healthcare journals, she orchestrated numerous product launches and training programs for her clients, while managing a large sales staff. Her significant hands on experience in training sales teams and health care practitioners provided her with a strong platform from which to launch Breck & Company in 2003.
With a reputation for developing longstanding relationships with KOLs, Lisa brings strong analytical and strategic capabilities to each project. She has developed a broad range of programs from disease state and clinical messaging to competency training and managed care. Her focus is on developing programs that produce impactful and enduring behavioral changes to increase sales force effectiveness and HCP uptake and awareness. She has extensive expertise in FDA and corporate regulatory requirements, and is skilled at developing initiatives that are compelling as well as compliant.
Chief Creative Director
With over 18 years’ experience in pharmaceutical training and communications, Becca brings her creative abilities to a variety of initiatives. Her outstanding design capabilities run the gamut from internal communications (branding, leadership and sales force publications, leader and participant guides, email communications, iPad modules and interactive .pdfs) to video graphics and direction, as well as PPT for POAs and internal initiatives. Becca’s innovative and creative capabilities also include set and room design for POAs and break-outs including room decor, stage design and lighting.
